Exchange and return policy
- All merchandise sold is subject to exchange within 7 days and return within 3 days of receipt, Within three days for sales of offers and discounts, the amount will be returned to the customer upon return, less the shipping value, and the goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- When exchanging, the customer will bear the shipping fees and price difference in the event that a product is exchanged for a price higher than the amount paid.
- The return amount will be returned to the customer via bank transfer within 7 working days after the store receives the returned product, if payment is upon receipt or by bank transfer. If you pay via mada or credit card, the amount will be returned to the same card within the period specified by the card issuer.
- This website is intended for retail orders for personal use only. If you place an order in large quantities (wholesale), the store has the right to cancel the order. You can inquire about wholesale orders for commercial customers via WhatsApp on the number 0500665729 .
Fees for (cancellation/amendment/non-receipt) of the order
The customer must send the amendment or cancellation request via the store’s WhatsApp to 0500665729 within 24 hours and before delivering the order to the shipping company. Given that shipping, delivery and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be imposed after the order is delivered to the shipping company as follows:
- If the order is delivered to the shipping company before receiving the cancellation request, or if the customer does not receive the order for a reason attributable to him, and the shipping company returns the shipment to our warehouse and charges fees for the shipment and return, the shipping fee will be charged to the customer, deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
- If the shipping is free, and the customer wishes to return part of the purchases, and the value of the unreturned purchases is less than 299 riyals, the usual shipping fees will be calculated depending on the destination, deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
- The customer acknowledges that if he chooses to pay upon receipt and does not receive the order, the aforementioned fees remain his responsibility and must be transferred to one of the store’s bank accounts.
